They are presented in the form of codes, which can be alphanumeric or exclusively alphabetical. The promotions obtained through this type of coupon are applied immediately in the shopping cart, either as a discount on the order value or as an offer for additional products. The expiration of use of this type of coupons is specific for each campaign and is subject to the published conditions.

Accumulation coupons (STASH)

These coupons allow you to accumulate credit in the form of discount coupons.

The value of this coupon is calculated by multiplying the total value of the products included in the campaign by the percentage defined for it. A new unique discount coupon is created with the calculated value, for you to use on your next order.

The unique discount coupon generated is for single use only. Shipping costs cannot be paid with an accumulation coupon. The validity of these coupons is 90 days after activation. Accumulation coupons cannot be used on orders in which the payment method is cash on delivery. The maximum credit to accumulate per client per week is $80

Refund coupons

They are an option that GOBALTIMA offers to speed up the return to the customer. They are in the form of alphanumeric codes and are provided by customer service. These coupons result from the management of incidents related to products sent by GOBALTIMA or even returns made by customers and always reflect the value paid for the product in question, and where applicable, the shipping costs, discounting it in a subsequent order. The validity of these coupons is 5 years after the creation of the coupon.

General conditions of use
