ONLINE PURCHASES
Within 14 days of receiving the package, items purchased online can be returned for replacement or refund. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders within Canada. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Shipping cost for replacement orders is $20 plus insurance of 2.5% of the product value, which will be sent to the customer for payment via email. The refund order will be minus packaging and handling charges. Refund is payment for your order minus packaging and handling fees.*Handling fee is $40 for order less than $600, all orders over $600 will be charged $40 plus 3% fee management. RETURN PROCESS
All returns for online orders must be accompanied by a printed RN# on both the return shipping box and the original receipt. Follow the step-by-step process below on how to initiate a return online:
STEP 1: Contact us to explain your return, be sure to include the item name, reason for return and your order number. If the return is approved by Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD, we will send you a returns number (RN#) by email. STEP 2: Once you have received your RN#, be sure to carefully pack all returned items in their original bag (or equivalent plastic bags) with all original labels intact and packing slip included with return items noted and RN# written on the top.
STEP 3: All US customers, please send your returns via DHL. Brokerage fees paid when shipments are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex or other couriers are $25 and this fee will be deducted from the credit issued at the time of return.
